In this video, I show you how I used Claude Projects to create an AI mentor based on the ideas and resources of Alex Hormozi and Leila Hormozi. I uploaded business books and resources—including $100M Money Models and $100M Leads—into a Claude Project and then used the information to ask questions that weren’t directly answered in the original material. For example, I asked Claude how a technical writer who works as a contractor could apply the Money Models framework to their own business. The result? Claude took the concepts from the books and applied them to a completely different type of business, suggesting things like: A free or low-cost documentation audit as a front-end offer Upsells for API documentation and developer onboarding Continuity and retainer offers Ways to turn existing expertise into additional revenue opportunities I also show how you can use Claude Projects as an internal knowledge base for your business or team—by uploading your writing, processes, decision-making frameworks, and other documentation so people can get answers without constantly coming back to you.
